Karen Civil spoke alongside Sevyn Streeter in a Fireside Chat to discuss being a black woman in hip-hop. The two-day event took place at Atlanta’s Convention Center and included powerful dialogue from Myleik Teele, Symone Sanders and the keynote speaker, Angela Rye. Attendants had the option to choose from three different topics including beauty and health, impact, and money, which Karen is well versed in. We had the pleasure of handling the booking and provided onsite management as Karen offered lifestyle tips and conversation to young black women worldwide.
